Enquiry in writing
In certain cases the implementation of written enquiries is recommendable. Printed questionnaires can be sent out by mail, be distributed personally directly at the event or holiday retreat or be enclosed with products (feedback questionnaires).
In order to increase the exhaustion rate Hopp & Partner counts on addressing the interviewees individually and uses reminders and incentives. Because it is possible to enter the questionnaires automatically, even larger samples can be evaluated promptly.
