Hybrid enquiries
More and more frequently, several market research methods are deployed within one project in an interlocked manner. It can be advantageous within one poll to interview internet users online and non-users offline. Then again in the course of a telephone enquiry it can be referred to contents in writing or those provided online.
In cases where it is difficult to interview personally at the POS or the site of the event, the contact data of target persons can be gathered first and the actual interviews can be held afterwards via telephone.
The advantages of hybrid enquiries are - depending on the case – the higher quality of data (e.g. high exhaustion rate) respectively the lower project expenses.
